Compensation day off for public holidays

In response to the globalization of our group compaines and the expansion of the new Corona virus, We have revised our rule to allow employees to take leave freely without being tied to Japanese public holidays. This gives employees the freedom to work and take time off, such as working with overseas teams on different public holidays, or taking long holidays combined with other holidays.

1) The deadline for employees to take compensation day off when they work on a holiday has been extended from one month to one year, allowing employees to take compensation day off flexibly.

2) There will be no change in our business days. Due to the introduction of this system, there may be cases where we will respond to our clients on public holidays, but as a general rule, we will respond to inquiries received outside of business hours or on our company holidays on or after the next business day.

There will be no change in our service operation and customer service as a result of the introduction of this system, but if you have any questions, please contact us.
